This is the 5th awards show edited for the Richard Harris International Film Festival and their 9th year. With hundreds of entries from both national and international film makers this festival has a long standing in Limerick, and since joining with the Limerick Film Festival in 2017, it grown to include this awards show, created and edited by Simon McGuire, I.S.E.
